For the fourth consecutive time, the readership of the internationally recognized magazine "The Ophthalmologist" named CABMM member Prof. Farhad Hafezi to its Power List 2020. The list is based on the votes of more than 36.000 readers and includes the top 100 most influential people in the world of ophthalmology.

During his career, Prof. Hafezi made significant advances in the field of ophthalmology. He was co-inventor of the corneal cross-linking (CXL) technology for the treatment of keratoconus and promotes the use of CXL to other ophthalmological applications, for example corneal infections.
