After receiving GLP accreditation by Swissmedic in 2014 and reaccreditation in 2017, the Musculoskeletal Research Unit of the University of Zurich is further on able to conduct studies in compliance with the principles of GLP.

In addition to studies testing biocompatibility and efficacy with medical devices and pharmaceuticals, the MSRU is from now on able to perform toxicity studies in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice!
